Kallar Central Sports Club runs this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We do not buy personal information, and we do not sell it.
We collect personal information in four situations.
We do not use any of this information for advertising, and we do not share it with advertisers.
A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. This site uses them in two unrelated ways.
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve advertising on this site. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this and other websites. Other third-party advertisers may also place cookies through this site; we do not control those cookies. You can opt out of personalised advertising using the links below.
Separately, when a member of club staff signs in to the admin console, we set a single sign-in cookie so their session stays active. That cookie is not used for advertising or tracking, and it is never set for ordinary visitors.
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies. Blocking them will not stop you using this site.
We use the following service providers to run this site. They handle information on our behalf:
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it otherwise only where the law requires us to.
The free tuition programme is for children in Grades 3 to 5. We collect their information from a parent or guardian at enrolment, and use it only to run the programme.
Please note that the Results page shows a student's name, grade, marks and class position to anyone who enters that student's registration number, and no other detail is required to see them. Only exams the club has chosen to publish appear there. If you are a parent or guardian and you would prefer your child's results not to be shown that way, contact us and we will remove them.
We do not knowingly allow children to submit information to us directly through this website.
Membership records are kept while a membership is active and afterwards as part of the club's own records. Student records are kept for the duration of the programme and the club's records. A payment slip is deleted once a renewal supersedes it.
Information is held on managed hosting services, reachable only through club staff accounts. Staff sign in with a password, and each role sees only what it needs — tuition-programme staff cannot see membership records at all. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
